It was Crow Nest Park Ladies Annual Weekenders Away on Sunday where 13 ladies played for the Weekenders Away Shield first presented to the ladies for this occasion in 2001 by LB Brass. The format was a friendly Stableford and this years winner was Natalie Morrison with 35 points. The Blind Pairs Shield was won by Natalie Morrison and Leonora Dale.
The venue was Wakefield Sandal Golf Club chosen this year as it is the Lady Captains hometown. There was a warm welcome from the golf club members and catering staff and the weather was excellent.
