This trophy was presented to the ladies section in 1998 by Crow Nest Park GC first Lady Captain Kathy Hitchcock and named in respect of her Aberdeenshire roots.
Twelve ladies played today including Kathy in tough and humid conditions.
Winning lady today was Carole Hampson with a score of 80 on countback of the back three holes. Runner up also with 80 was Lady Vice Captain Pauline Williamson. A closely fought match all round.
Carole also won the Best Gross Shield with a gross score of 95.
All enjoyed the challenging round of golf and all played in the best golfing spirit. The sun had its hat on most of the time and the rain kept at bay.
