Plans Revealed
On Friday night, 25th November over 60 members weathered the awful conditions outside and took time to view the plans for the Clubhouse extension.The members who attended were advised by Les Holmes, that the plans have been submitted to Calderdale MBC and that the planning process would take at least 13 weeks from submission. It is hoped that once planning consent is given that the build will commence without delay. The members were further advised that this project from a financial perspective, is absolutely vital to securing the long term future of golf at Crow Nest Park.
The press in the shape of Dave Parker, "The voice of Sport" from the Brighouse Echo, staunch supporters of Crow Nest Park over the years, visited the Clubhouse and too a long look at the plans and appeared to be very much in favour of the proposed deveopment.
Overall the evening was a success with many members expressing their wholehearted support for the project.
