Ladies Section 2008
The
ladies of Crow Nest Park
are a very active and friendly section and we pride ourselves on our successes.
In our relatively short history the Ladies section
has attained many golfing accomplishments at both local and national level.
In 2001 and 2005 we won the finals
of the National Nines Matchplay competition, representatives from the ladies
section also reached the finals of the Australian Spoons competition in the
same year. At local level the section participates in the ADP league
and in the Halifax & Huddersfield district evening leagues. The ladies
section has a busy calendar at Crow
Nest Park
providing the opportunity to play in board competitions, monthly medals and stablefords
as well as various mixed events in summer and winter.
As Lady Captain it is my pleasure to
welcome all visitors, especially Lady golfers, I'm sure you will find our
course challenging but very enjoyable.
